HOMES (Household Means Eligibility System) is a means testing system that provides more accurate screening by accessing up-to-date income data and verifying declared family constructs. ECDA had onboarded HOMES from 9 Dec 2024, which means that HOMES will conduct all means testing for applicants of preschool subsidies. ECDA requires the applicant's consent for HOMES screening for N2RR.
