From 4 November 2025, HOMES Ops will use a single phone number, 6015 5700, for all outbound calls. This will help you authenticate calls from HOMES Ops, as the number will be ScamShield verified.

If you miss a call from HOMES Ops (6015 5700), you will receive an SMS, email, or letter containing the officer's direct contact number. You can reach the officer using that number or through their usual inbound contact number provided in the communication.
