I am/my family member is a minor aged below 21 years old. How should we provide Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES) consent?
Minors require either a (i) birth/adoptive parent or (ii) legal guardian to provide consent on their behalf. Please note that only Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or FIN holder authorised representatives (e.g. FIN holder parent) can consent on behalf of the minor.
If no authorised representative is available, you, as the main applicant, may indicate that the minor is unable to sign in LifeSG Form 1. You will receive a call from HOMES to verify the status of the minor.
