My child is a non-Singaporean and does not qualify for ECDA’s preschool subsidies/KiFAS. Do I still need to complete the LifeSG form?
Yes, you are still required to complete the LifeSG form and submit your child's preschool enrolment details with ECDA. This is compulsory for ECDA's regulatory purposes. However, the form will be more streamlined and will not require you to fill in employment or income details.
