QTT is not designed as an appraisal tool for grading educators' teaching performance. It is a professional development tool intended to help centre leaders and educators reflect on and improve their teaching practices. The primary purpose of QTT is to foster self-reflection and continuous improvement rather than to evaluate or assess educators' performance.
