The Quality Teaching Tool (QTT) is a pedagogical tool that is developed for Early Childhood (EC) practitioners in Singapore. Educators can use the tool to identify their strengths, areas of growth and hone their pedagogical skills in partnership with their preschool leaders and senior educators, thereby promoting self-reflection and strengthening collaborative professional learning.
