What qualification is required to be a Preschool Centre Leader or Principal?
You will need to be an ECDA-certified preschool educator with at least 4 years of teaching experience as an L2-certified educator and possess the Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL) from the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC).
