Families with lower incomes can apply for a yearly Start-Up Grant to cover initial kindergarten enrollment costs, up to $240 (inclusive of GST if the kindergarten is GST-registered). To qualify, your family's gross household income must be below $1,900, or the per capita income must be below $650.
