Am I eligible for the Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) if I am unemployed?
Subsidy - Application
Unemployed parents can still apply for the Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) if their child meets the following criteria:
- Is a Singapore Citizen
- Attends a kindergarten run by an Anchor Operator or the Ministry of Education
- The family meets the income criteria: gross monthly household income is $12,000 or less, or per capita income is $3,000 or less (for households with 5 or more members)
