Who is eligible for the Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS)?

To qualify for KiFAS, your child must be a Singapore Citizen and attend a kindergarten run by an Anchor Operator or the Ministry of Education. Your family's gross monthly income must not exceed $12,000, or the per capita income must be $3,000 or less.
