Typically, a child must attend at least one day of preschool in a month to qualify for that month's subsidy. If your child missed the entire month of preschool due to a medical issue, you can appeal for a one-time waiver from ECDA (subject to approval) through your child's preschool. ECDA will assess your request and inform you of the decision.
