With effect from 1 Jan 2026, all POP centres are required to keep to the monthly fee caps for Singapore Citizen (SC) children below: 

Full-day childcare: $650

Half-day childcare: $490

Full-day infant care: $1,290

Half-day infant care: $920

POP centres will not be allowed to raise fees beyond the stipulated fee caps for SC children. Any increases within the fee cap are subject to ECDA’s approval.
