If you do not possess 5 GCE 'O' level credits but possess a Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Education, CECCE, or ACECCE, along with a credit in GCE 'O' level English and at least one year of working experience in the sector, you may apply to enrol for the DECCE-T programme at NIEC.
