Updated by ECDA
Occupational Titles reflect an educator's current competency level and job scope, whereas Employment Titles are based on the highest Early Childhood qualification and regulatory requirements. Occupational Titles are assigned by and can be edited by HQ/Centres, while Employment Titles are based on legislative requirements and can only be assigned by ECDA to approved staff.
