What should I do if I receive an error message stating that the same application has been submitted, when submitting the educator certification application?
If you receive the error message mentioned, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to 'Search' > 'Application'
2. Filter by status 'Rejected'
3. Once the application is found, click 'view'
4. Scroll down to 'Application History' and click 're-submit'
5. Click 'View Profile' to upload the requested documents
6. Under 'Documents', select 'Add Documents' to upload the supporting documents in the relevant categories
7. Close the window
8. Use the "Select..." button to choose documents from the respective categories (ensure all 3 categories are covered)
9. Click on declare checkbox
10. Click 'Submit' (ensure the submit button is clicked for ECDA to receive the application)
