What should I do if  ONE@ECDA indicates that a pre-employed staff member already has an existing ONE@ECDA account, when I submit an educator certification application?

Please click on 'Request for Profile Access Rights'. Following which, ONE@ECDA will notify the person via email, to login to ONE@ECDA and grant you access to his/her profile to proceed with the application.
