Can you explain what Early Childhood Learning Communities (ECLC) are?
Programmes, Initiatives and Grants - Early Childhood Learning Communities
ECLC is a platform for senior, lead educators and curriculum/pedagogy specialist with a passion for direct teaching practice to advance their pedagogical practices and knowledge in key domain areas, through peer sharing and learning. Educators who are onboard ECLC are known as Pedagogist And Specialist in Teaching and Learning (PASTEL), and they will be nurtured to grow as pedagogical leaders, and lead Communities of Practice (CoPs) for other educators in future.
