Funding for regular maintenance, known as Cyclical Maintenance (CM) funding, is available to: -Childcare centres and kindergartens operated by Anchor Operators -Preschool facilities run by Social Service Agencies These organisations must have previously received capital funding from the government to be eligible for CM funding.
