The Professional Development Programme (PDP) is a comprehensive 3-year initiative designed to advance the careers of early childhood professionals, particularly from non-Anchor Operator centres. It includes two tracks: one for Preschool Educators and Infant/Early Years Educators, and another for Centre Leaders and Lead Educators.
