Previously known as the Inquiry-Based Action Plan (IBAP) Projects, the ECDA Fellows Applied Leadership Series (ALpS) projects features evidence-based projects designed to build practical leadership knowledge and skills in specific early childhood (EC) areas. Under the guidance of ECDA Fellows, EC leaders translate new knowledge into practice, driving tangible improvements in centre-based practices.
