The ECDA Fellows programme is one of ECDA's key initiatives to recognise sectoral leaders in the early childhood profession, expand opportunities for them to further develop their careers, and to fulfil their aspirations. There are currently 29 ECDA Fellows who work closely with ECDA to drive quality improvements in the sector.
