Eligible individuals for the ECDA Awards include Singapore citizens or permanent residents who are in-service ECDA-approved infant/early years educators, preschool educators/leaders and Early intervention/Learning Support educators, and who meet the training and experience requirements outlined in the nomination forms. 'Promising' category nominees require a minimum of at least 3 years of trained experience, while 'Outstanding' category nominees require at least 5 years. For centre awards, the centre must be a licensed Early Childhood Development Centres (ECDCs) that meet the nomination criteria can be nominated.
