I am a parent undergoing separation/divorce. I do not want my spouse to have access to our child or any of his/her information from the school. What should I do?
We empathise with the challenges faced by families with marital discord or custody disputes in working out preschool arrangements for the child.
ECDA is not in a position to intervene in any party’s civil and domestic issues. Parents and preschools are advised to refer and adhere to the instructions stated in the court order, if available.
We encourage both parties to work out an amicable arrangement in the best interest of the child. In the event that both parties are unable to come to an agreement, you may consider seeking legal advice.
