The 'Start Small Dream Big' (SSDB) movement seeks to nurture each child holistically, by building character and a sense of social responsibility, so that they can succeed individually in life and become responsible citizens who care about those around them and the environment.

Its core objectives are:

1) Instilling positive values: Through 'values-in-action' projects, children learn kindness, humility, compassion and respect.

2) Developing social-emotional skills: Children grow in empathy, resilience and teamwork by engaging in meaningful community service.

3) Strengthening parent-preschool partnership: By involving parents in these community projects, it solidifies partnership between home and preschools, while ensuring that the values learned are reinforced in the child's daily life.
