Operators must ensure that services provided meet the contractual terms that were agreed upon between operators and parents. They are also required to establish clear incident management protocols to ensure that all disputes, feedback and incidents are handled in a timely, fair and transparent manner.

We encourage parents and operators to discuss expectations and obligations of care and come to a mutual understanding.

Where there are disputes related to the contractual agreements between the operator and parents, individuals may approach other consumer channels such as the Smalls Claims Tribunal at https://www.judiciary.gov.sg/contact-us or Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) at https://www.case.org.sg/contact-us/ for assistance.
