The Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework, or SPARK, is a quality assurance framework that helps Singapore preschools enhance their educational quality. SPARK supports preschool leaders to improve their teaching, learning, and management to better the holistic development of children up to 6 years old. Preschools use SPARK as a benchmark to gauge their performance and strive for excellence in providing quality care and education. There are two levels of SPARK Certification: the standard certification and the Commendation tier, which is given to centres excelling in Teaching and Learning, Curriculum, Leadership, and Pedagogy.
