When do parents have to re-apply for subsidies if they are currently receiving higher preschool subsidies under Special Approval which has not expired, with a household income of $6,000 and below (or per capita income of $1,500 and below)?

Parents who are already receiving higher subsidies under Special Approval (SA) only need to submit a subsidy re-application upon the expiry of the SA.

If their family’s household income is $6,000 and below (or per capita income is $1,500 and below) at the point of subsidy re-application, they can qualify for higher subsidy i.e. Basic Subsidy of $300 and means-tested Additional Subsidy regardless of working status.
