Preschools have the autonomy to establish their own administrative policies on financial matters such as refund of deposits and any other financial charges. We encourage parents to speak with the preschool management directly on your concerns. Alternatively, parents may wish to consult Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE) at 6277 5100, or approach Small Claims Tribunals (SCT) to file a small claim (judiciary.gov.sg).
