Any transfer of licence requires the current licensee to meet regulatory requirements set out in the Early Childhood Development Centre (ECDC) Code of Practice. This may include having the necessary statutory approvals as well as possessing at least 12-month licence with at least 7 months remaining on the licence tenure at the point when the application of transfer of licence is submitted to ECDA.
