Business 2 (B2) premises will not be licensed by ECDA as a preschool.

For proposed premises situated in industrial estates classified as Business Park or Business 1 (B1) category by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), ECDA will assess on a case-by-case basis. An approval must be obtained from the National Environment Agency (NEA) for these applications.

Please note that ECDA will reject the application if there is no safe access to outdoor space (used for Gross Motor Activities daily) at the proposed premises.
