All applications for an Early Childhood Development Centre licence must be submitted through GoBusiness Licensing Portal at http://www.gobusiness.gov.sg/licences. An email will be sent to inform you of the Pre-Licensing Officer assigned to process your preschool's application. You may contact the Pre-Licensing Officer to arrange a visit when the premises is ready.

You must obtain clearances from authorities such as Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) before commencing operations. You may find more information in the Guide to Setting Up an Early Childhood Development Centre.
