If your staff is eligible for a Letter of Notification (LON), you should submit an "Educator Certification" application. For rejected applications, please refer to the comments and provide missing documentation where necessary.

If your staff has other early childhood qualifications, you can submit an "Update Employment Title" application. You may refer to Section 4 of the Early Childhood Development Preschools Code of Practice for the list of early childhood qualifications and their corresponding employment title.
