I had received an email confirming my staff's employment, why is my staff's name not reflected under my preschool in ONE@ECDA ?

Please check that the staff's employment application has been approved, and an "out of service" application has not been submitted. For further assistance, please write to ECDA at contact@ecda.gov.sg with the staff's name, ID number, preschool name and centre code.
