How do I achieve ‘Singapore origin’ status for my goods under the USSFTA?
Updated as of 20 August 2026.
To qualify as Singapore originating under the USSFTA, the final product must meet the PSRO specified under the USSFTA. Each product, identified by its HS code, has specific origin qualification requirements outlines in the Agreement. Use the Tariff Finder Database or refer to Annex-3A of the USSFTA’s Product Specific Rules of Origin to identify the specific criteria.
Products that have only undergone minimal processing in Singapore will NOT qualify for Singapore origin.
