We would like to establish a new legal entity in Singapore to serve as both an importer and exporter. What are the necessary steps and registrations required to set up a company in Singapore?
To setup a company in Singapore, you are required to register with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) to obtain a UEN. Upon registration with ACRA, you need to Activate your Customs Account.
