For a new model of the same product under the same HS Code, a manufacturer does not need to submit a new registration. However, if it is a new product and of a different HS Code, if the Manufacturer intends to apply for a Certificate of Origin for the new product, they should register the new product under a new product line via the Manufacturer's application form.
