Payment permit has just approved, and there  was under-declaration of items in one invoice. Can I amend to add more items and invoice?

Permit amendment is not allowed for adding/deleting items.

You may declare a separate new permit for the missing invoice and explain briefly in the Trader’s Remarks. Upon permit approval, do comply with the permit conditions.
