My customer wants to import an electric bicycle. May I know if both duty and GST are payable?

Power-assisted (electric) bicycles meant for off-road use are non-dutiable and are subjected to GST only. The importer must check with LTA prior to the importation of these vehicles, and to comply with LTA's regulations and registration requirements here and here.
