I just realised that some of the goods are still in the Free Trade Zone and the IG permit has been fully utilised. How to clear the remaining items?
Please apply for a new payment permit for the importation of your remaining goods.
• For Taxable Companies
If the Goods and Services Tax (GST) was paid by the taxable importer, the importer is advised to claim the GST as input tax from Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) during the company’s accounting period.
• For Non-Taxable Companies
You may apply for the refund of GST on any overpayment incurred from the first GST payment permit via TradeNet.
Please visit Refund of Duties & GST for more information on the refund procedures.
