Goods will be imported and re-exported to Malaysia by road. Subsequently, it will be shipped to East Malaysia by air. The goods are consigned to foreign company. How to declare Importer UEN and Name?
The local freight forwarder/ declaring agent can act on behalf of a foreign company which are not registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). Please declare both Importer Name and Remarks fields accordingly as the Freight Forwarder/ Declaring Agent that is acting on behalf of the foreign company.
