Dutiable goods will be imported and re-exported via same Free Trade Zone (FTZ) e.g. Changi FTZ (CZ). What is the "Place of Release" code and "Place of Receipt" code to be declared in an In-Non-Payment "Re-Export" (INP-REX) permit application?
Please ensure that your goods are not subjected to export control before declaring the permit. If your goods are not controlled, you may declare the "Place of Release" code and "Place of Receipt" code as "INTCZ" to account for the cargo movement within the same FTZ (i.e. CZ).
