Can I bring and consume my duty-free liquor in a public place such as a restaurant, club or at a void deck?

A person may consume his duty-free liquor in public places subject to the restrictions under the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act and/or the premises owner's in-house policy such as the consumption of food not purchased from the premise owner, and drinks or corkage charge.
