Can I apply for a back-to-back preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) for movement of goods through more than three Parties?
A back-to-back PCO is only applicable for cases where the movement of goods involve three Parties, i.e. first exporting Party, intermediate Party, and the final importing Party. Please note that the relevant requirements stipulated under the respective FTA schemes will still apply.
