What are the documents required to apply for the Intangible Transfer of Technology permit? Will a certificate be issued when the permit is approved?
The completed Intangible Transfer of Technology (ITT) permit application form must be submitted with a complete set of supporting documents, which include the:
(a) detailed technical specifications or write-up of the software or technology;
(b) End-User Statement (EUS); and
(c) Export Licence (and its English translation) from the originating country, or a confirmation from the originating country that they do not control the re-transfer of the software or technology.
Singapore Customs will send a confirmation email with an approval letter to the applicant when the ITT permit application is approved.
