To determine if your item is a strategic goods controlled under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act, you may compare your product's description and specifications against those in the Strategic Goods Control List. If your product meets the specification stated and does not meet any of the applicable exclusion notes, it will be controlled under the Act. To understand more about the determination of strategic goods, you may refer to our Guidebook on the Determination of Strategic Goods.
