How do I know if my product is a strategic goods controlled under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act?
To determine if your item is a strategic goods controlled under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act, you may compare your product's description and specifications against those in the Strategic Goods Control List. If your product meets the specification stated and does not meet any of the applicable exclusion notes, it will be controlled under the Act.
