Do Customs officers perform surprise checks on our warehouse inventory?
Officers from Singapore Customs may conduct surprise inspections on the inventory of licensees. When requested by Singapore Customs, the licensee shall submit an inventory report and the relevant supporting documents showing the movements and balances of goods stored in the Licensed Warehouse.
