Permits are not required for shipments imported under Through Bills of Lading (B/Ls) and exported within the same Free Trade Zone (FTZ). Importers, Exporters, or Freight Forwarders must indicate the Ocean B/L number on the Through House B/Ls. Please submit the Through House B/Ls to the Inward and Outward carrier agents within 10 days of the arrival of the vessel and 7 days of the departure of the vessel.
