Why Declaring Agent is not able to click on the "Make Adjustments" button for transmission of an ATIGA e-Form D?

Declaring Agents (DAs) have to be authorized by the exporter in order to retrieve the ATIGA e-Form D and make adjustments. The exporter can proceed to authorize a declaring agent to transmit the e-Form D on their behalf via the Networked Trade Platform (NTP) Government Services, "Choose your International Connectivity Services and Authorise your Declaring Agent".

Please note that the DAs transmitting the ATIGA e-Form D must be the same agent one who had declared the specific Form D in TradeNet.
