Please note that the information declared in the export permit should correspond against the supporting documents.

You may submit electronic amendments via TradeNet within the permit validity period. Some fields cannot be amended if controlled or dutiable goods are involved. You may refer to here for the list of non-amendable fields. Once the amendments have been made, you may use the most updated approved copy of the permit for cargo clearance.

If permit amendment is not allowed, you may wish to cancel and obtain a new export permit. Please note that the cancellation of your permit has to be done before cargo clearance and/or prior to the cargo being loaded onto the outward conveyance.
